Salem Breeze RV Park – Reservation Policy for 2024

Deposits are not required at this time.

Reservation Policy: Reservations are not required but we can only guarantee you a site if we have a reservation with a deposit. When reservations are made we do not assign sites we only guarantee you a site. You can choose an available site upon check-in. All sites have full hook-ups 50/30/20 Amp Power, Water, Sewer & Wifi Access, No Cable TV, 50+ Over the Air TV Stations.

Making Reservations: You can call Salem Breeze at 336-972-3200 or Visit our website at click on the Reservation Tab. Reservations must be made by the person checking in / staying on the site. No reservation can be reassigned to another party. All guest with a reservation must check-in at the same time or have prior arrangements made with the office.

Deposits: A $25.00 Non-Refundable Deposit is required for all reservations. This deposit will be credited to your account when you pay at check-in. Deposits can be made on the website by Credit Card, Debit Card or Pay Pal. You can also mail us a check. If you need to cancel at anytime your deposit can be moved to a new reservation date. Please call or E-mail. If you do not contact us by the reservation date you forfeit the deposit.

Refunds: The deposit is Non-Refundable, Please call or E-mail anytime if you need to cancel, we can move it to a new date. We do not give refunds after you check-in unless it’s an emergency. Camping is a outdoor experience and we cannot guarantee the weather or give refunds for anything beyond our control.

No Reservations: We welcome guest without reservations you can choose an available sites upon check-in. Please call before you arrive to make sure we have sites for your stay.

RV Rallies / Clubs & Groups: Host / Wagonmaster can reserve a group of sites for anytime or any amount of days. Availability of sites & Rally Center are on a first reserve basics. Rally Center is open for use during the whole stay and free of charge to the group. Each person must confirm their own reservations with the required deposit.

Cancelation Policy: If you need to cancel a reservation please call or email us as soon as possible. If you have a reservation and “No Show” (Don’t call to cancel or reschedule) then the reservation is automatically canceled as well as any future reservations. “No Show” customers will need office approval to make future reservations. “No Show” means you did not check-in on the arrival date or call to reschedule a new arrival time.

Late Arrivals: We prefer you arrive before dark, If your going to be late please call and let us know. If the office is closed check the Late Arrival Box for your info.

If the office is closed: We can not have staff on site every hour so if you arrive and the office is closed Please check the Late Arrival Box for your info or if you do not have reservations choose a vacant site and fill out the envelope with your payment or check-in at the office the next morning. Payments can be deposited in box or made on our website.
